A Murphy's staple.  Our very popular Pork Chops are hand breaded and fried country style in our seasoned blackened cast iron skillets.

Our beef steak cooked slowly in brown gravy until fork tender.

with Sauteed Onions

Don't skip the onions and add brown gravy if you so desire.
